Jyoti is also the Founder of Hetauda Sports Academy, a platform fostering discipline, teamwork, and leadership through sports. The initiative serves as a beacon of hope, resilience, and opportunity—shaping youth into confident citizens and community builders.
Through her innovative venture Get It Troop, Jyoti has created avenues for local job creation and service innovation. She actively conducts entrepreneurship training programs across municipalities, schools, and colleges—offering aspiring entrepreneurs the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to build their own futures.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Leaf Plus, one of Nepal’s emerging sustainable brands, Jyoti drives operations and innovation rooted in environmental consciousness and community upliftment. Her leadership blends strategic thinking with ethical values—scaling business while creating meaningful social impact.
